Eight independent sheep cells shear regrown wool, collect it through grass with stationary hopper carts and replenish each dispenser from a supply chest.
Each adult sheep stands on one grass block with three protected grass neighbors. An observer watches that floor. When eating changes grass to dirt, the observer powers a solid block and its redstone dust, firing a dispenser into the sheep cell. Wool regrows during eating and the delayed observer pulse shears it. A parked hopper minecart collects through the grass into two hoppers and a dedicated chest. A second chest and downward hopper feed replacement shears into each dispenser. The eight modules have independent wiring and storage. All modeled sheep start white; dyeing a sheep changes that cell's output color but is not required for this build.
