Endermite Enderman XP Farm in Minecraft

Use an existing spawn-proof route to a site more than 128 blocks horizontally from every End island. All coordinates below are zero-based model coordinates.

💡 Keep the eventual player position at (11, 1, 14.7) farther than 128 blocks from every other spawnable island or platform. A low world height improves Java spawning; placing model y=0 at world Y=1 is suitable. Build the required travel bridge and descent before starting; their lengths depend on the site and are not included in this compact farm model or its inventory. Spawn-proof and teleport-proof the access route, including double carpets on any dry surface within 32 blocks of the kill cell. Do not use Peaceful, and keep other End players from filling the mob cap.

Build the floor at x=5..17, z=5..19, y=0. Replace the 3x3 center at x=10..12, z=10..12 with hoppers.

💡 Point the first two hoppers in each row east, then the x=12 column south. Continue south through (12, 0, 13) into the chest at (12, 0, 14). The chest opens into the low station. Keep all nine landing hoppers uncovered.

Build 5x5 wall rings at x=9..13, z=9..13 from y=2 through y=40. Use upper slabs for the matching ring at y=1.

💡 The interior x=10..12, z=10..12 stays empty from y=1 through y=40. Upper slabs at y=1 leave low openings above the hopper bowls; complete the full ring so endermen cannot step out. Build upward from temporary scaffolding, then remove the scaffolding before operating.

Cover the station at y=3, leaving the 3x3 shaft open. Add the outer rim at y=4, fill its basin with water, and double-carpet the dry rim.

💡 The roof spans x=5..17, z=5..19. Keep the shaft ring solid and dry. Put water sources in every roof-basin cell x=6..16, z=6..18 outside the x=9..13, z=9..13 shaft square; reuse two buckets. The outer rim follows x=5, x=17, z=5 and z=19. Put white carpet on that rim at both y=5 and y=6. Under the roof, the standing floor at y=0 leaves two blocks of headroom. Remove all other nearby dry teleport surfaces or cover them too.

Build a 21x21 solid platform at x=1..21, z=1..21, y=41. Leave the centered 3x3 shaft hole empty.

💡 The platform top is at y=42. Endermen land around y=0.625 in hopper bowls: the actual fall is about 41.375 blocks, deliberately below a lethal fall. Do not add lights or a low ceiling to the spawning platform. Preserve at least three blocks of headroom everywhere outside the hole.

Place one stone-brick block at (11, 44, 11), one north-south rail above it, and the bottom slab at (11, 46, 11).

💡 Use temporary dirt to work over the void. The perch is suspended; remove every temporary block between it and the spawning platform. The roof slab protects the bait from above. Keep the rail level and the cart stationary, centered on the single perch block.

Put a named, pearl-spawned endermite into the centered minecart. Install eight open trapdoors inside the rim of the 3x3 hole.

💡 Use a temporary enclosed dirt work platform around the perch, throw pearls until a mite appears, name it immediately, then roll an empty minecart into it on temporary rails. Transfer the occupied cart onto the final rail, center it and remove every temporary rail and capture block. Rename the name tag at an existing anvil first. The listed 16 pearls are only a starting supply: generation is random and additional pearls may be needed. The trapdoors occupy z=10 and z=12 at x=10..12, plus (10, 41, 11) and (12, 41, 11); open them against the hole edges. Endermen on the platform should see the mite but cannot reach its elevated perch. The displayed enderman is a naturally spawned example. If the bait is hidden, the cart moves or mobs will not drop, stop and correct the geometry before use.
